Blocks all done.

All of the blocks for the Tumbling Charms quilt are done. They are "made fabric" not really charms but the layout  is the same as Tumbling Charms from the Missouri Star Quilt Company. I was so happy to find a bunch more blocks already made and some partly made.
This is not the final arrangement but just the way I put them up on the wall to look at them all at once. It will  need to be tweaked so I think I will take it with me next Saturday and get some  input from the ladies in the church group. I think it needs a pieced border but I will get some other opinions about that too.

Hello Ruth, this quilt is lovely and what a wonderful way to use up scraps. I have been retired for almost four years now and I too, have friends asking if I'm bored staying at home. I love being home and I am now doing all the things that I didn't have time for when I was working. My husband is six years my junior, so I'm waiting for him to retire, but he only works five minutes from home so he's home on his lunch hour and he's been working there for so long that he gets five weeks vacation. We have nothing to complain about and if we did, who would want to listen, LOL. Your blog is so inspiring and I have so much to learn. I started quilting last fall and I am just starting my sixth quilt. None have been full bed size, more like cuddle on the sofa size. It was such a nice way to send my daughter and granddaughters a warm hug at Christmas and it's nice to know that when they are reading, they are warm and cozy in my little creations.
Well, I have gone on and on . . . I hope that you are still reading. Please come visit and I would be very honored to have you as a mutual follower. I have met the nicest people in blog-land.

OH, I like this! Nice Work. Do you need me to bring fabric to help with the piano key border?
